The communication between the staff and ourselves, put up with my father - in -law swearings; quick to answer his call-bell.

To probably not leave my father - in - law in the room and not help him sort his TV out so he could listen to it and not feeling lonely whilst on his own.

For me to be not put down on the floor in the bed and when my family come to see me I looked in a neglected state and very uncomfortable.
